Disposable booster pads are designed to enhance the absorbency of incontinence products like pull-ups and wrap-around diapers. They attach securely to the inner lining using an adhesive and offer a soft, comfortable fit. Unlike regular incontinence pads, booster pads do not have a waterproof backing, allowing urine to pass through and be absorbed by the outer product. This ensures that both the booster pad and the primary incontinence aid work together to improve absorbency. They can be used daily for extra confidence or in specific situations, such as long periods without restroom access or overnight for uninterrupted sleep. Since they are porous, booster pads must always be used with an outer absorbent product, as they cannot contain liquid on their own. Similarly, standard incontinence pads should not be placed inside pull-ups or diapers, as this would prevent optimal absorption.
